Our Mission Statement:

   *  Improve the level of awareness of Lyme disease and related diseases.

  *  Develop a 'Lifelyme fund' to assist Lyme and CFS/ME patients.

  *  Increase the number of  Lyme and CFS/ME knowledgeable physicians.

  *  Be an educational resource, acting as a 'life-line' for patients.

  *  Host conferences in an effort to bring together and educate physicians,
      patients and advocates.

  *  Work in partnering with PANDORA, Inc, a CFS/ME organization.  PANDORA has
      embraced Chronic Lyme Disease (CLD) and included it under the umbrella of
      CFS/ME.  Together our organizational goal is to establish the first clinic
      of its kind in Florida under the name - Neuro-endocrine-immune-disorders (NEIDs).

* Lifelyme is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. (All donations made to Lifelyme are tax-deductable)

Lifelyme is totally dependent on the generosity of those we serve for support for our organization, and in attaining the above listed goals.

Being a Non-profit 501(c) 3 charity, Lifelyme is completely governed by a Board of Directors, and run by volunteers.

Your support is greatly appreciated.  For donation information click on Mission/Donation in left hand column.
